Helicobacter bilis	Faeces, cecum, colon
Helicobacter muridarum	Faeces, cecum, colon
Helicobacter hepaticus	Faeces, cecum, colon
Helicobacter typhlonicus	Faeces, cecum, colon

For Helicobacter specification the samples are first tested for Helicobacter spp. Positive samples are further analyzed on presence of H. hepaticus and H. bilis. The PCR for H. typhlonicus and H. muridarum are not standard included in Helicobacter specification and is only preformed on request of the customer.
