QM Diagnostics offers a validated panel of PCR's (conventional and real time PCR) as an alternative to the classical MAP / RAP or HAP test.
Direct molecular testing on the biological sample of interest saves 4 weeks of "waiting-time" (time for antibody production) in the classical MAP / RAP / HAP test and contributes towards the reduction of use of laboratory animals.
The molecular panels for the MAP / RAP and HAP test are listed below. It should be notified that a PCR for Mouse Thymic Virus (see classical MAP test) is not available.
